MAY SCHEDULE 

TUESDAYS 6:30PM

SATURDAYS 8:15AM

Join us for a 50-minute, small group exercise class to engage and strengthen your entire core from the bottom up AND tone your glutes! The first half of each class will focus strictly on core conditioning, and we’ll finish with lower body work and light stretching. This class is designed to meet the needs of women of all fitness levels, so beginners to experts are welcome! Class will be led by fitness instructor, Jelena. Masks are required. All equipment will be provided. Class size limit: 6

 

Cost: $65/5 classes or $15/1 class

Hello

My name is Jelena. I’ll be leading Zip! classes this spring season. I graduated from Elmhurst University with degrees in Kinesiology and music. I’ve been a trainer for a few years and am looking to get certified in nutrition this upcoming year as well. I have worked at Five Seasons in Burr Ridge, in Elmhurst at ETown fitness, as well as Eat The Frog Fitness in Naperville. I’ve taught a variety of class types including Pilates, HIIT, as well as recovery & stretching sessions. Our Zip! class will focus on aspects of each. I hope you’ll join us. Looking forward to training with you!
